Camera Collection - Which I Use/What I Use Them For

While creating this blog I realized how I haven't been using my cameras to the best of my abilities. Anyone can snap a pic, and post it, but in some cases picture's can really benefit you. Here are the cameras I use on this blog, Instagram, my YouTube, and just everyday in life. I'll also be talking about how I edit my posts!

Cameras

I own 4 cameras, a Canon Rebel XS, a Canon Elph, a GoPro, and the camera on my iPhone, which all differ in terms of what I use them for.

Canon Rebel XS - This camera was the first camera I owned out of all the 4. I basically use it to take blog pictures, and use these images to post on Instagram. I don't often use this for travel, due to the fact that it is pretty bulky, and in my opinion the GoPro is the better option to use while travelling.
The only complaint I have with the XS is that, since it is a very old version of the Canon Rebel it's unable to capture video. But, I don't feel the need to upgrade the camera since the image quality is good enough for me lol

Canon Elph - This is the camera I'd use to capture small video clips or take a quick picture. It's a great camera that's small and compact, and takes great quality footage, and images.

GoPro - So the GoPro is the newest edition to my collection, and if I had to use one word to describe it, it would be: incredible! The GoPro is my favourite camera to use, because it's so small/light/compact and there are endless possibilities with what you can do with the little thing! It's also waterproof which is really cool, especially when you're on vacation. There are also so many accessories that come along with it that enable the use to capture unique footage. Definitely recommend this camera, as well as the book guide! In fact I love my Hero3+ so much i've named it Hercules.

iPhone - The iPhone is a great camera when you have no camera. It's quality is incredible, and you can start editing, and post pictures on instagram or any social media right away! I only use Instagram & VSCO cam to edit my pictures. I don't pile on filters - instead I just play around with brightness, temperature, sharpness, and contrast.

+ To take great quality pictures try using as much natural lighting as possible! The colours are less harsh, and just looks better overall
